Who is this meeting for?

Anyone who is a member of a formal consultation group or a representative of a group that is formally consulted by health and social care providers - this includes Patient Groups, PPG’s, CCG Boards, Boards of Governors’, Practice Manager's, Lay Representatives on Boards, Governors of Hospitals, Social Care Groups, Healthwatch Warwickshire Authorised Representatives.
